He has been known to indulge his guests in excellent fusion cuisine, experimenting with Mango Mousse Cake simmered over by genuine silver garnishing (a tradition savored by the ancient moguls of India), and Konkon Shrimp Curry where the tantalizing seafood of Goan cuisine meets Nice, France.
