Born in Calcutta, India, Mr. D’Costa had always displayed his inclination for the discipline of the culinary arts. He ventured into Hotel Management and Catering Technology in 1997, and has exposed his undeniable talent ever since!

He has been known to indulge his guests in excellent fusion cuisine, experimenting with Mango Mousse Cake simmered over by genuine silver garnishing (a tradition savored by the ancient moguls of India), and Konkon Shrimp Curry where the tantalizing seafood of Goan cuisine meets Nice, France.

Raagini only strives for the best, and Mr. D’Costa has proved this as he boasts impressive experience from preparing sinfully delicious Italian entrees at Novotel in Dubai, Indian-French fusion dishes at The Crowne Plaza in Kuwait, and French cuisine in Sharjah, UAE.
