Igbal Sam is an innovative chef with an exceptional record of service and international experience in such noted establishments as: Le-Meridian; Ramada Group of Hotels; Hyderabad; ITDC hotels, New Delh; The Amer Palace, India; P & O Cruises, UK; Ritz Hotel, New York. He brings to Raagini more than eleven years of experience in all facets of cooking and management.

He began his training with ITDC Hotel QUTUB in New Delhi and rose to Executive Chef with the Amer Palace, Bhopal, India, where he supervised a staff of 31. His exacting standards for harmonizing all ingredients in his dishes create a tantalizing experience
that ‘s fit for royalty.
